Ferrari World Abu Dhabi Will Open Earlier Than Originally Planned

Ferrari World Abu Dhabi will now open on October 27 2010, one day earlier than originally planned.  FWAD will open the door at 7PM and guests will be able to experience the wide variety of rides and attractions and join the special festivities and shows. 

“We are excited to open our doors to the public earlier than previously anticipated, on Wednesday 27^th October 2010 and we look forward to welcoming many guests to mark this historic day,” said Claus Frimand, General Manager, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi. “This will be the beginning of an exciting Inaugural Period, with the start of operations at the world’s first Ferrari theme park.”

“The Inaugural Period will continue throughout November, leading up to a Grand Opening in December with the official launch of Ferrari World Abu Dhabi,” he added.

Ferrari World Abu Dhabi will feature many Ferrari-inspired rides and attractions that range from speed thrill rides to the world’s most advanced simulators and family-friendly attractions.

フェラーリ・ワールド・アブダビのオープンが一日早まり、10月27日となりました。　午後7時にゲートがオープンし、ゲストは乗り物やアトラクション、特別なパレードやショーを楽しむことができます。

「予定よりも早くオープン出来ることを非常にうれしく思っています。　この歴史的な日にたのくさんのゲストをお迎えすることを楽しみにしています。　10月27日のオープンから12月のグランド・オープンまでの期間は、いわゆる仮オープンの状態となります」とは総支配人のクラウス・フライマンド。

フェラーリ・ワールド・アブダビはフェラーリをモチーフにした乗り物やアトラクション、最高時速240キロのローラーコースターからメリーゴーランドまで、レースファンからファミリーまでが楽しめるテーマパークとなる予定です。

Merry-Go-Round, Ferrari Style!

Ferrari World Abu Dhabi is opening its door in almost a month now.  With more than 20 unique rides, attractions and shows, FWAD is the world's largest indoor theme park and first Ferrari theme park. 

Since they offer the world's fastest roller coaster that goes as fast as 149mph, their merry-go-round isn't traditional one either.  Instead of regular horses, you'll find the Prancing Horses in the carousel at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi.  

We cannot wait to go play around in FWAD, maybe not the carousel, but Ferrari Rossa will definitely entertain us.

フェラーリ・ワールド・アブダビのオープンが約一カ月後に迫る中、現地から最新の写真が届きました。

メリーゴーランドと言えば馬の乗り物が定番ですが、フェラーリ・ワールドでは「跳ね馬」、つまりフェラーリをモチーフとした乗り物が採用されています。

メリーゴーランドは子供向けかもしれませんが、20以上あるアトラクションの中には大人向けのものも。　例えば最高時速240キロのローラーコースター、フェラーリ・ロッサは大人も満足させてくれるでしょう。

フェラーリ・ワールド・アブダビのオープンは10月28日。　開園が待ち切れませんね。

 

Ferrari World Abu Dhabi Grand Opening Soon!!!

Ferrari World Abu Dhabi is scheduled to open in two month.  It offers a ride that used F430 as a motif, a flume ride that explore inside Ferrari's V12 engine and the world's fastest roller coaster called Formula Rossa that reaches approx 149mph.

Ferrari World Abu Dhabi will open its gate on October 28.

F430をモチーフにした乗り物からV12エンジンの中を探検できるアトラクション、フォーミュラ・ロッサと呼ばれるローラーコースターは世界最速で、最高時速は240キロに達する予定だそうです。

開園は10月28日の予定です。

Hundreds of Ferraris and even more fans came out for Concorso Ferrari in Old Town Pasadena.  Spectators enjoyed walking around and taking pictures of F40, F50, Enzo, F355, F360 Modena, F360CS, F430, F430SC, F430 16M, F330 to just name a few.  

カリフォルニアはロサンゼルス近郊にあるオールドタウン パサデナにて、コンコーソ フェラーリが行われました。町の目抜き通りを閉鎖しての開催だったため、たくさんの人が訪れ南カリフォルニアらしい素晴らしい天候の中、歩きまわったり写真を撮ったりして楽しんでいる様子が印象的でした。

カリフォルニアはベニスをベースとし活動するファッションブランドRogue Statusは数台の車両をエントリーさせていたが、このカリフォルニアハイウェパトロール（CHP）モチーフにしたBMW M5もそのうちの一台。　カッコいいが、このカラーリングが原因で後にトラブルに．．．。
